  A few years ago, I did this project for school. I made dairy free chocolate. I could see that dairy free and vegan options were quite not a thing yet in Nepal. And I took that loophole for an advantage and demonstrated in class. I got an A for the project. But that is beside the point. There were few to no vegan and vegetarian options when it came to desserts in Nepal.
