It’s easy, it’s fun and I swear it’s delicious
although it does require a little bit of elbow grease, it’s worth it. Make
peanut laddus at home.
Here is what you will need
200 gms of peanuts
Ghee
Raisin, walnuts or other stuff you might want to
keep in the laddus
2 cups of sugar
Water
That’s all you need
Preparation time: 25 mins
Cooking time: 15- 20 mins
Instructions
- Roast peanuts and grind them into fine powder
- Fry the fine peanut powder with ghee
- Cut up the rains and walnuts or whatever you want to keep in your laddus
- Prepare chasni or sugar mixture simultaneously on the side
- Mic the chopped up nuts and raisins in the peanut powder mixture
- Once both chasni and peanut mixture is ready, mix the chasni in to the peanut mixture and take small amounts at a time in your hand to create little balls
They can be stored in the fridge or a non-sunlight
are up to 3 days
