Brownies are one of those desserts that are seldom hated. The right ingredients can make an incredible brownie and really hit that sweet spot. The first time I tried making brownies by myself was in the year 2015 when a colleague from work wrote down a recipe for me. I tried and it worked. Thank you Jiten dai for that wonderful recipe. But this time I wanted to take things differently. I worked with what I had and I wanted to boycott eggs in the recipe.

Instructions
- Take your grinder and put in that sugar. Grind until fine powder
- Then melt butter in a microwave safe bowl in the microwave.
- Pour in your butter in a larger bowl where you can mix everything.
- Splash in about 1 cup of milk with that butter. Add in your vanilla essence. These are our wet ingredients. Give it a good stir.
- Mix in your sugar.
- Sift in your flour and your cocoa powder and give it a good mix. Make sure you are only mixing in one direction.
- Sprinkle in that dash of salt. It will bring out the flavors more.
- Tap the bowl on the counter to make sure there are no air bubbles in the mixture.
- Pre heat your oven at 180 degrees.
- Lay your parchment paper or butter paper on the tray. This will make taking out the brownies so much easier and mess free.
- Bake the brownies at 180 degrees for 15 – 20 minutes.
- Decorate them to your heart’s content.
These brownies taste great whether warmed up in the microwave or chilled in the refrigerator. They taste best with a mug of coffee.
