The Whole Truth: The Healthier Chocolate?

  Here’s the whole truth, we love chocolates, we all do. They’re a treat: to the eyes, to the mouth, to bad days, to good days, to celebrate, you get the gist. But there is also another whole truth:   that consuming a lot of chocolates might not be good for your teeth or your body, mainly because of the large amount of sugar that is present.
