Momo: our regular go to fast food, the answer to our hunger, our favorite meal to make and eat together for family gatherings, or rather little bundles of joy, as I would like to think. Momo are popular across the world, just in different forms and in names like: dumplings, gyoza, empanadas and what not. Whichever form they may be, the truth prevails that they are a delicious comfort food. I only recently learnt that Momo are popular by the same name in India, probably due to the Darjeeling momos.
